Meshal Alosaimi

Meshal Alosaimi is an entrepreneur and fragrance industry specialist whose vision was shaped by a deep passion for perfumery and elevated beauty experiences. His journey has been driven not by perfume creation itself, but by the art of fragrance curation and the development of distinctive retail concepts that create lasting emotional connections with customers.

His entrepreneurial path began with the establishment of House of Perfume, laying the foundation for extensive expertise in fragrance retail, niche brand positioning, and customer experience within the luxury beauty sector. As his vision evolved, ERMINE was introduced as a new chapter — reflecting a broader lifestyle concept that merges beauty, fragrance, and modern retail experiences.

Through Beauty Blend Co., Meshal led the development and operation of Ermine Beauty and Ermine Cafe under a Spanish franchise brand, delivering a refined concept that combines beauty and premium hospitality within an internationally aligned retail standard.

Meshal's philosophy centers on the belief that fragrance is more than a product — it is an expression of identity, memory, and emotion. This vision continues to shape curated retail environments that redefine the niche beauty experience in the region.

2005

Meshal's journey began through immersion in traditional Moroccan craftsmanship, where he developed a deep understanding of artisanal production and natural materials. This experience led to the establishment of a factory specializing in raw materials for natural candle production — marking the true beginning of his path into the world of fragrance.

2008

The first boutique opened in Kuwait, marking the brand's official entry into luxury fragrance retail and curated beauty experiences.

2014

Expansion of the portfolio through the import and distribution of premium European brands from France, Italy, and Spain, strengthening the presence of niche luxury products in the region.
